Meet Santa!

Come and share a magical moment with Santa this festive season!

Please book a 5-minute slot for your visit — with a maximum of two children per slot.
If you have more than two children, please try to book consecutive slots so everyone gets a chance to meet Santa together.

🎁 Each child will also receive a lucky dip gift from Santa himself!

📸 Please note: Standard cameras and phones don’t work inside Santa’s Grotto — but don’t worry! Our helpful Elf Photographer will be on hand to capture your special family photos. Photos can be pre-purchased (an email will be sent a week prior to the event) or paid for on the day.

⏰ Arrival: Please arrive in our reception area at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
If you are late, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen.
